Finca Casacurry™ is located in western El Salvador just outside of the
pueblo San Jose de La Majada near
ciudad Juayua in Departamento de Sonsonate, to the west of San Salvador the capital city. It is in the heart of El Salvador's world class coffee country. It is near one of the more scenic Salvadoreño mountain resort areas, Apaneca, and is proximate to the Central American Pacific coast, with its great seafood restaurants and charming seaside resorts. Our
finca is beyond beautiful. It is transformational to the spirit. We have put years' of effort into creating and maintaining its beauty and its essence. The people who live and work here, Oto and his family, Cheyo and Carlos, along with the family and friends that visit, Julio and Mercedes, the Pantonos, make up a small friendly Casacurry community that is representative of the larger Salvadoreño culture.
Our community begins with people and the
finca that we know and love, and extends to the Apaneca region and its rustic resorts and tiendas. With
finca Casacurry™ as a base, it is easy drive up the 'highway of flowers' to visit boutique
tiendas, galerias, viveros, ristorantes, and tiny
cafés nestled among the coffee plants of high country
fincas. Within Apaneca and reaching out to the nearby city of Sonsonate, one has access to creations of the region's fine artists and artisans. The Apanecans have something wonderful to offer. El Salvador is a place of bright colors and textures. Life here is simple, musical, colorful, happy. Life is good. The world looks different from here.
